HomesXpert shall not be liable for any kind of damages, losses or actions arising directly or indirectly, due to access and/or use of the content in the Platform including but not limited to any decisions based on content in the Platform resulting in loss of revenue, profits, property, etc.

Any provider may register on the Platform. HomesXpert does not verify or guarantee the reputation, quality, or reliability of any third-party service provider. You are solely responsible for evaluating any service before use. HomesXpert does not negotiate or monitor user-service provider engagements. The Platform does not endorse third-party content, links, services, or advertisements and disclaims all responsibility for their legality, accuracy, or suitability. The Platform and its Materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, or that defects will be corrected. Use of the Platform and any linked services is entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomesXpert from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Users are solely responsible for all aspects of transactions entered into via the Platform. HomesXpert does not guarantee that service providers will perform agreed services and will not mediate disputes. Both users and service providers must ensure compliance with laws, taxes, and pricing terms. Any misuse or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. The Platform disclaims all responsibility for third-party services and users waive claims against HomesXpert for third-party content or operations. Use of our services does not grant ownership of any intellectual property. Violation of these Terms may lead to account termination. Users agree to indemnify HomesXpert and its affiliates for any dispute or damage arising from service interactions. We do not control or verify user-generated content and advise caution when dealing with unknown or potentially misleading profiles. Information submitted by users may be shared with service providers and shall not be considered a privacy breach. HomesXpert is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed services, nor for damages incurred during service. However, coverage up to ₹10,000 may be offered on escalated disputes after review. Users must verify final prices and accept that HomesXpert is not liable for price-related disputes. Users authorize HomesXpert to implement service improvements and waive any right to object to such measures.

Users and service providers must not bypass the platform by canceling a booking and then engaging directly. Any such behavior may result in removal from the platform.

Users should independently verify all claims by service providers. HomesXpert does not confirm or endorse third-party statements and is not liable for inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

HomesXpert shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of potential losses. Platform usage is entirely at your own risk.

HomesXpert is not responsible for transactions or content on third-party websites. Any risks associated with third-party services are the sole responsibility of the user.

HomesXpert may monitor and remove content that violates laws or company policies. It may reject, edit, or delete submissions for clarity, safety, or compliance.

You agree to indemnify HomesXpert and its affiliates for any claims or damages arising from your actions, content, or violation of these Terms.

HomesXpert does not guarantee emergency responses or resolve life-threatening home repair situations. Please contact certified emergency services in such cases.

HomesXpert aims to verify all professionals but cannot guarantee their behavior or work. Users should practice their own caution and judgment.

HomesXpert's cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings. Refunds or cancellation fees may be issued based on internal review and published terms.

Promotions are subject to change, eligibility requirements, and usage terms. Fraudulent use may result in disqualification and account suspension.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Bangalore, India. If any section is unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
